A dad in West Jordan shared this story:

He had been working long hours and barely had time to eat dinner with his kids. One morning, he stumbled into the bathroom, still groggy, and found a neon pink sticky note on the mirror:

“You’re the strongest dad in the world. Love you! 🐻 – Mia”

He smiled all the way to work.

That evening, he wrote one back and stuck it on Mia’s cereal box:

“You’re the bravest girl in the universe. Keep being amazing.” -Dad-

That one little note started something.

Soon, sticky notes were popping up everywhere—in lunchboxes, on bedroom doors, behind the TV remote. It wasn’t fancy. But it made their home warmer. Kinder. Closer.

For Parents & Families:
Write a short, encouraging note and hide it where your child will find it—on their mirror, inside a lunchbox, taped to their tablet, or even on a light switch. Invite your kids to do the same for someone else in the family. One sentence is enough!

For Teachers & Classrooms:
Give each student one sticky note. Ask them to write something kind to a classmate. Stick them on desks, lockers, or create a “Wall of Positivity” in the classroom. Watch the energy shift.
